Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology.
- Over 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with a proven track record in leadership and team development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems, particularly SaaS and AWS.
- Expertise in building microservices and designing large-scale, highly available systems with a focus on ecommerce platform development.
- Familiarity with PCI compliance and ecommerce security practices.
- Extensive experience in Order Management, Omni Channel Fulfillment, and Supply Chain domains.
- Strong background in software development and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in collaborative environments.
- Experience in managing multi-regional technology teams, including offshore and nearshore models.
