Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Airline Technology Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of airline technology projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of airline technology projects, including the management of project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards, and that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of airline technology and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our delivery approach.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in delivery management, specifically in system integration.
  • Experience implementing IT projects at least three airlines globally, two of which at least should be in the US.
  • Minimum 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing offshore resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).
Bonus Points
  • Experience with airline refund solutions.
  • Experience in leading sales proposals.
Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
