Teresian House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, or 11 PM to 7 AM, including rotating weekends. The selected candidate will conduct inspections of living spaces and carry out necessary repairs, maintain essential tools and supplies, clean heating and air conditioning unit filters, dryer vents, and ceiling vents, and perform basic electrical repairs such as bulb and fixture replacements as required. This role also involves seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salting of walkways and parking areas.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of general building codes, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be dependable, and have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Experience working with the elderly and familiarity with HVAC systems are preferred. Candidates must be capable of lifting over 30 pounds regularly and should be available for a flexible schedule and overtime as necessary.
