  • Provide training for non-certified agency-required programs.
  • Maintain current instructor certifications as required.
  • Oversee maintenance across multiple facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve maintenance objectives.
  • Represent both yourself and the organization in a professional manner.
  • Advocate for and protect the rights of individuals, ensuring they can express their preferences regarding daily living and care, provided these choices do not compromise their wellbeing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair roles.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License from any state.
  • General knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and residential maintenance.
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Starting pay of $14 per hour, with potential increases after hiring.
  • Supplemental medical insurance at no cost, with benefits improving once hired.
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
