Teresian House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, or 11 PM to 7 AM, including rotating weekends. This role involves conducting inspections of various areas, performing essential repair tasks, maintaining necessary tools and supplies, cleaning heating and air conditioning unit filters, dryer vents, and ceiling vents, as well as executing basic electrical repairs such as bulb and fixture replacements.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for seasonal tasks, including snow removal and salting of walkways and parking areas.

The ideal applicant will possess knowledge of general building codes, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and be reliable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience working with the elderly and familiarity with HVAC systems are preferred. Candidates must be capable of lifting over 30 pounds regularly and should be available for a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
