Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a seasoned Budget Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply expertise in DOD financial execution processes and reporting to budget planning, execution, and reconciliation of all appropriations allocated or provided to the Army TENCAP office.
  • Analyze historical funding execution data to develop budgets and spend plans that execute funds in a timely manner, in accordance with program acquisition strategies and OSD standardized goals.
  • Generate funding documentation and reports using internal office databases, GFEBS, GFEBS-SA, LMP, WAWF, and G-Invoice software.
  • Perform all budget phases, including formulation, justification, presentation, and execution; administer the Agency Operating Budget, Mid-Year Review, Budget Execution Review, Year-end Closeout, and related budget reports.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with GFEBS.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve a range of budgetary problems and conceptualize budgetary problems such as developing alternative methods of funding.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and implement financial and budget regulations, policies, procedures from higher headquarters such as DoD, DA, ASA (ALT), DASA-FO, ASA FM&C.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in executing financial activities supporting DoD Acquisition programs/projects (with at least five years supporting DoD financial accounting operations, processes, and systems).
  • DAU Level II certification in Business, Financial Management, and Cost Estimating, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • BA/BS in Accounting or other relevant field strongly preferred.
