About the Front Desk Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and judgement-free environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations, as well as perform retail transactions with accuracy.
  • Conduct prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs and promoting our Judgement Free Zone.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including restrooms and assigned areas.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
