Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet Members with a Smile: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members warmly and making them feel at ease.
  • Respond to Member Inquiries: Respond promptly to member calls, emails, or in-person requests for assistance.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating them to management if necessary.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure the gym remains clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and staff.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, move around the gym, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
