Job Title: Program Manager, Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute talent processes at scale, ensuring seamless integration with HR systems and technology.
  • Coordinate performance, career planning, and talent management processes for all employees and managers, providing operational support and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain talent management programs, including project planning, scoping, risk assessment, and setting metrics, to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct research and gather requirements for project planning, staying informed about new trends in talent management and championing best practices across the organization.
  • Prepare reports on talent management programs, evaluating performance against goals and making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management or learning and organizational development, with a strong background in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of partnering with HR Business Partners, HRIT teams, and cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, strategic communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making.
