We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR team in Rutland, VT. As an HR Site Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our manufacturing operations. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of our manufacturing operations.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees on a range of HR-related topics, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services and support to employees across the site.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct employee attitude surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
