- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Mulesoft, and/or Salesforce APIs.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and/or Mulesoft.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
The salary range for this role is: $162,000 - $215,000 USD. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package, which includes comprehensive and market-competitive benefits, such as health, dental, and vision insurances, retirement savings plan, paid time off, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
