Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and human resources contacts of assigned client organizations.
  • Ensure the provision of retirement services expected and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Identify and resolve areas of concern, and verify accuracy and completeness of initial documentation and materials provided to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with senior managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and industry experience.
  • 5+ years of total experience in Retirement Services, with 3-5 years of related relationship management experience.
  • Strong systems-based skills, presentation skills, and MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Non-qualified 409A experience.
