About This Position

We are seeking an HR and Office Manager to provide HR support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to exercise good judgment, and anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR operational support for all employees.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation and on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve processes.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Administer and manage employee Semi-Annual and Annual Performance reviews.
  • Audit and maintain all personnel files ensuring accurate and comprehensive record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and anticipate needs.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
