Job Title: Healthcare Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Curative HR LLC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in case management, care navigation, or a related field, with a strong background in healthcare and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent patient experiences by facilitating seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive care services.
  • Analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Austin, TX.
