Administrative Coordinator for Complex Projects

About the RoleThis Administrative Coordinator for Complex Projects position requires a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, who can maintain composure in high-pressure situations. You will work closely with the Legal Director, Practice Manager, and Private Client Services Group Chair to manage special projects and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating conforming efforts, ensuring a steady workflow, and anticipating project-related problems
- Communicating with the Business Development team to discuss collaboration efforts and new business prospects
- Maintaining deadlines, monitoring progress, and following up on action items
- Liaising with clients, providing assistance, and coordinating meetings to build positive working relationships
As an ideal candidate, you possess:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Five years or more of experience in Private Client Services
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Discretion when dealing with confidential matters
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 based on qualifications, experience, and education. This position requires regular physical presence in our offices (at least 3x per week).
