Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. This role is ideal for those pursuing a career in business administration, management, or related fields.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to your direct supervisor, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining and organizing documents, files, and records to ensure easy accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to administrative support, you will also contribute to project coordination and execution by:

  • Collaborating with operations, client, and new business teams to assist in the coordination and execution of projects.
  • Tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and providing regular updates to the team.

Data Management and Communication

You will be responsible for:

  • Inputting and managing data related to projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Generating reports and summaries to support decision-making and project analysis.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Being enrolled in a university or master's program.
  • Being available for a minimum of 12 hours per week, and a maximum of 16 hours per week.
  • Having strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrating a detail-oriented and accurate approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

The estimated salary for this role is $18-22 per hour, based on industry standards and the requirements of the position.
