Position Overview

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Account Manager / Rehab Manager across a vast territory, focusing on achieving and surpassing sales targets for Sunrise Medical products. Responsibilities include delivering and servicing Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment to various healthcare facilities and client locations, in collaboration with the ATP and/or Account Manager / Rehab Manager. The role also involves performing maintenance and repairs on CRT mobility equipment and managing the Sunrise Medical sample inventory. Building strong customer and clinical relationships through exceptional service and technical support is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up CRT mobility equipment for evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide training to ATPs and clinics on the safe operation of company equipment as directed.
  • Independently troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and repair equipment.
  • Demonstrate the features and advantages of company products to potential ATPs, clinicians, and clinics as directed.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Account Manager / Rehab Manager and customer service regarding delivery and service needs.
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation and check emails as requested.
  • Manage inventory control and prepare status reports, conducting quarterly physical inventory counts.
  • Document and report all product-related issues according to company guidelines.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Director / Account Manager / Rehab Manager.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and attend special events on weekends as required.
