Administrative Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advocate to join our team at Pridestaff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing order fulfillment, and coordinating with vendors. About the Role:
- Work closely with the sales team to research, source, and order custom promotional products and decorated apparel items for clients.
- Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage the full cycle of order fulfillment for eCommerce stores, including data entry, purchase order creation, and shipment tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with orders, invoicing, purchasing, quotes, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate apparel and headwear orders with embroidery and screenprinting vendors, ensuring accurate logo or thread colors are used on each garment and order.
- Maintain a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of office administration systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and G-Mail.
Salary: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Bend, OR.
