Job Overview

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading our project management team and overseeing the activities of all contractor personnel, subcontractors, and teaming partners.

You will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this call order, ensuring that deliverables and services meet the Government's requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and using project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers
  • Oversee the activities of all contractor personnel, subcontractors, and teaming partners
  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this call order
  • Institute and maintain industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies

Requirements:

  • 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in DoD contracting
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
