Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our cybersecurity team at Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GET). This is a highly compensated, high-responsibility technical management position that plays a central role in our mission's success.

The estimated salary for this position is $172,375 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and directly manage multiple cybersecurity IT projects, ensuring the integration of security into all aspects of project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, communication plans, test plans, risk mitigation plans, and configuration management plans.
  • Coordinate with departmental teams, project stakeholders, and business unit managers to achieve product-oriented outcomes.
  • Track and communicate IT project status, demonstrating value to the organization through metrics and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on IT Project Management experience, delivering cloud-enabling capabilities and managing complex IT projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, and project management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with preference given to candidates holding Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications.
