About Us: GPAC is a leading electrical construction recruitment firm with extensive partnerships across the country. With connections to over 575 electrical contractors, we are currently seeking a talented Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of electrical projects, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including project planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress and track project milestones, including project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project resources and equipment, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical superintendent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications, including electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Knowledge of project management software, including project scheduling and budgeting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
