Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to assist in the coordination of medical services and provide healthcare services to individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medical services with primary care physicians, medical clinics, or residences
  • Provide healthcare services to all individuals
  • Complete medical documentation, including seizure reports and medication charts
  • Establish and oversee groups in relevant areas, such as hygiene and women's or men's groups
  • Provide in-services and training to staff on pertinent medical information
  • Inform the clinical team of medical changes, needs, and concerns
  • Complete medical treatments and medication disbursement as indicated
  • Purchase medical supplies and maintain certifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration on Nursing
  • One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • One year of experience in a community setting
