Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Account Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. As a Security Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security services and related operation services provided to an assigned account. This includes client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 25-35 employees, ensuring their abilities align with client expectations regarding proprietary software and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the HR liaison for all Securitas employees staffed on-site, handling role assessments, counseling, and 1-1 training.
- Maintain the appropriate skill sets for security officers, receptionists, supervisors, or communications officers in case of shift coverage needs.
- Develop and implement alarm response procedures for access control issues with Siemens and WinDSX affiliated vendors.
- Compile, track, and audit client-related disruptions to business continuity, presenting findings to the communications team.
- Establish and maintain a daily position checklist and badge generation trackers for retention purposes.
- Delegate and train employees on Contractor Safety Training and Approving Authority document retention policies.
- Act as a liaison with law enforcement and government agencies for the Westbrook World Campus.
- Conduct quarterly audits of Approving Authority and Alarm Escalation Site Contacts.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedure documentation for access control and Concentra requests.
- Overhaul and implement training programs, including monthly scenario trainings and cross-training opportunities.
- Work with the Program Director and remote site leadership to ensure training obligations are fulfilled across all Securitas staffed client locations.
- Develop and implement a 24/7 on-call mitigation plan for emergency events, utilizing the Everbridge notification system.
- Facilitate the expansion of the Facilities Operations Center to include other client departments.
Requirements:
An Associate's degree and 3 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Emergency Preparations Command experience (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMT) is preferred. Bilingual and ASIS Certification are also preferred.
