We are seeking a diligent and meticulous person to join our team as a Optoelectronic Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting optoelectronic systems, performing or prescribing standard rework procedures, and consistently recording data and observations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair optoelectronic systems
- Follow established procedures for rework and repair
- Record data and observations
- Document root causes and resolutions
- Troubleshoot and fix common problems with test stations and equipment
- Process customer returns
- Work cooperatively with other team members
- Support other test efforts by performing measurements and collecting data
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- At least three years relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot production problems
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets/LibreOffice Calc
- Basic familiarity with Linux
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English
