We are seeking a diligent and meticulous person to join our team as a Optoelectronic Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting optoelectronic systems, performing or prescribing standard rework procedures, and consistently recording data and observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair optoelectronic systems
  • Follow established procedures for rework and repair
  • Record data and observations
  • Document root causes and resolutions
  • Troubleshoot and fix common problems with test stations and equipment
  • Process customer returns
  • Work cooperatively with other team members
  • Support other test efforts by performing measurements and collecting data

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a technical field
  • At least three years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot production problems
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets/LibreOffice Calc
  • Basic familiarity with Linux
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English
