**Company Overview**
Lift is a national nonprofit organization committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by investing in families. Our mission is to empower parents to achieve economic mobility through our one-on-one coaching program.

**Salary**
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000, depending on the number of hours worked per week. The compensation package includes a fall stipend, spring stipend, and summer internship pay.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled career coach to facilitate one-on-one relationships with parents, supporting them in achieving self-determined career and financial goals. As a LIFT Coach, you will engage parents in goal setting and action planning, monitor their progress, and provide accountability and encouragement over time. You will also connect parents to relevant community resources and information, guiding them as they practice new behaviors and skills necessary to reach their goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, both written and oral, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population. Additionally, you should possess a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt to changing environments.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be asked to support other projects, services, and parent recruitment efforts as needed. You will also be required to maintain accurate files/records and document services to parents in LIFT's online case management system.
