We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Admissions & Records Ambassador. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support: Assist new and continuing students with all aspects of the admissions, records, and registration functions, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a smooth student experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment, attending meetings and providing functional support for the A&R management team, as well as participating in committees and projects as assigned.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Support: Assist with small group campus tours, preparing materials and facilitating tours for new and prospective students.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; current student at Glendale Community College preferred.
- Experience: One or more years of experience working in student engagement, leadership, community service, or other extracurricular activities; or one or more years of experience providing front-line customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks; proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, or other software applications.
