Parking Ambassador

As a Parking Ambassador with Insignia Event Services LLC, you will provide exceptional guest service interactions with each customer. This role involves managing the efficient entry and exit of assigned parking lots surrounding our Scottsdale venue. Ambassadors will perform duties within the parking lots, assisting guests with directions both visually and verbally. This position is a key part of our parking operations and event experience, reporting to the Parking Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion.
• Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations.
• Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or answering guest inquiries.
• Assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot, including barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, unless currently enrolled, preferred.
• Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environments or similar industry experience.

• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight hours in length.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
• Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations.
• Other duties as assigned.
