We are currently seeking an Insurance Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting our sales and service department in providing exceptional and timely support to our Property and Casualty clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specific tasks related to servicing commercial lines clients, including renewal processing and monthly report generation.
- Collect necessary information for new business and renewal applications.
- Prepare submissions for selected insurance markets.
- Handle and track coverage change endorsements.
- Initiate and oversee renewal processes.
- Document all relevant interactions and developments in customer accounts using our Agency Management System.
- Evaluate exposures and liaise with carriers to ensure compliance with insurance company standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and establish follow-up procedures for pending items.
- Perform additional duties related to agency operations as required.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and driven professional capable of delivering outstanding customer service. Key qualifications include:
- Prior experience in the insurance sector.
- Previous roles in customer service.
- Potential requirement for obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license in the future.
