Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Office Clerks are the primary point of contact for our valued customers. They are responsible for communicating directly with customers, handling transactions, and resolving customer disputes.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and databases
