Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Supervisor to enhance our Credit Administration Division. This pivotal role involves offering credit expertise primarily focused on commercial lending sectors, including Wholesale, Commercial, Retail, Private Banking, and significant Consumer Banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic credit guidance to various business units.
- Oversee credit operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance lending processes and client relationships.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $131,000 to $188,000, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, is preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in commercial lending is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity is required.
- Strong credit assessment skills and knowledge of government loan products are crucial.
- Ability to travel independently for client engagements.
