Job Summary:

Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team. As a key member of our anesthesia care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Providing anesthesia care for pediatric patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures, including neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, orthopedics, and medical imaging procedures.
Supervising CRNAs, anesthesia residents, and SRNAs to ensure seamless patient care.
Participating in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans to meet the unique needs of our pediatric patients.

Requirements:

Board certification in Anesthesiology with a focus on pediatric anesthesia.
ABA certification or candidate status.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
