Job Summary:

Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our team. As a Pediatric Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our young patients, utilizing your expertise in diagnosing and treating eye disorders in children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat eye disorders in children, including strabismus, amblyopia, and cataracts.
  • Perform surgical procedures to correct eye problems and improve vision.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric ophthalmology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.

Requirements:
  • Board certification in pediatric ophthalmology.
  • Completion of a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
