Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally at a service, consulting, or software company.
  • 5+ years of experience in service product management.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing a portfolio of technical offerings.
  • Deep technical knowledge with modern management, managed services, Microsoft technologies & architecture, ITIL, and the PC domain, or similar technology.
  • Knowledge & skills:
    • Proven background in computer technologies, services industries, and service product management.
    • Proven track record of creating and launching successful and profitable service offers.
    • Familiar with the latest trends and technologies in device management, ITSM, security, etc.
    • Proven background in professional service product management.
    • Proven track record of creating and launching successful and profitable service offers.
    • Experience with product management transformations and as-a-service models.
    • Familiar with the latest trends and technologies.
    • Certified or trained in relevant frameworks and methodologies for service product management, such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.
