Operations Director

Guadalupe Regional Medical Group is a multi-specialty physician group that prioritizes patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operational activities and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource utilization.
- Play a pivotal role in establishing new specialties within the practice, overseeing the onboarding and launch of new providers.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of directly related managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing resource utilization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities, with the ability to take initiative and exercise judgment, decision making, and problem-solving expertise.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information and make effective recommendations to senior leaders.
- Demonstrates skill using MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
