POSITION SUMMARY:
As a representative of the Mike McClaskie Insurance Agency, you will effectively promote financial solutions that address everyday uncertainties. Your comprehensive understanding of financial services will enhance your consultative approach, enabling you to inform clients about their financial alternatives. Your attention to detail will position you as a vital asset to clients and a competitive force within a thriving agency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-assessment strategy to inform clients about various insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the agency to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and present suitable products and services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude.
  • Preferred experience in achieving sales targets.
