Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement IT strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Lead and mentor the NorAM IT team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Oversee the architecture, deployment, and ongoing support of IT solutions tailored for the NorAM market.
  • Engage with senior leadership and departmental heads to assess and fulfill IT requirements and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships to streamline IT operations and optimize expenditures.
  • Ensure adherence to both regional and global IT policies, standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the IT functions across NorAM.
  • Act as a key liaison between NorAM business units and corporate IT, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and global solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior IT leadership capacity with a robust understanding of IT operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT application ecosystems, including ERP systems and Sales Force Automation; familiarity with SAP S4 or SAP ECC is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities focused on delivering business value through IT solutions.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP, along with an understanding of industry best practices.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a multinational or global corporate environment.
  • Background in the consumer goods sector.
  • Proven success in leading IT teams and executing complex IT projects.
