  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite support and equipment setup at remote locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or GED Equivalent
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk support environment
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask various work activities
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
