- Helpdesk Software and Procedures: Utilize helpdesk tracking software and create and maintain procedures for the team, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.
- Onsite Support: Provide onsite support and equipment setup at remote locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Education: High School or GED Equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk support environment
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask various work activities
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
