Key Responsibilities: The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to inquiries regarding products of interest to customers.

  • Conducting outbound calls to fulfill customer orders.
  • Engaging with customers effectively while ensuring exceptional service.

  • Utilizing Microsoft Office to create pricing and call sheets.
  • Occasionally assisting in the warehouse with loading trucks and verifying product quality.

Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential. Previous customer service experience is necessary. Candidates must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
