Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in feature documentation and prioritization tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Background as a product owner or analyst in data and analytics, particularly within the healthcare, provider, payer, or life sciences sectors.
- Knowledge of healthcare data, real-world data, or clinical data management.
- Adept at gathering complex data and analytics requirements.
- Innovative problem-solver with a diverse background and experience.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and identification.
- Ability to manage daily tasks and objectives independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.
Typical Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within a data-centric agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
- Experience in data analytics specifically within the healthcare domain.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
