Patient Experience Manager

Crothall Healthcare is a leading provider of specialized support services to the healthcare industry. As a System Patient Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in creating engaged, safe, and positive moments for patients throughout a local hospital system.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate and direct various activities that promote patient satisfaction and experience.
- Administer client and customer surveys, and respond in a timely and effective manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and customize patient satisfaction action plans to meet each account's unique needs.
- Maintain and support the fulfillment of client objectives to ensure account retention.
- Contribute to hospital committees, such as the Patient Satisfaction Committee, Nursing, Administration, and HCAHPS Committee.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including CMS and JCAHO, and follow-up on patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Participate in monthly conference calls with fellow Patient Experience Managers and operations management to share updates, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in Patient Experience Department learning sessions, including monthly informative webinars.
- Recognize and reward employees for successful program implementation.
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a 4-year degree preferred.
- Hospitality and/or healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to travel on a monthly basis.
- At least three years of demonstrated experience in customer service operations.
- Good coaching and on-the-job training skills required.
- Strong data analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
