About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, assisting callers with various questions and concerns.
  • Check in members, provide tours of the club, and sign up new members, while logging amenities and communicating updates and billing issues.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
Qualifications and Physical Demands
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
  • Ability to talk to members and potential members in person and on the phone during shifts.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds.
