Job Description

BIM Engineering U.S, LLC seeks a skilled Outside Sales Consultant to drive sales growth in the construction and software markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the construction and software industries, including existing and potential customers.
  2. Travel to meetings and appointments to discuss business opportunities, provide solutions, and close deals.
  3. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging negotiation and sales best practices.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in outside sales, specifically in the construction and software sectors.
  • Superb negotiation and customer service skills, combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

The estimated annual compensation for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, based on qualifications and experience.
