About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrative support coordinator to join our team at Eastern Virginia Medical School, supporting the Pediatric ENT Faculty.

Job Description:

Under minimal supervision, this role will perform various administrative and academic activities within the department. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive-level administrative support to the Pediatric ENT Faculty
  • Maintaining confidential information
  • Working closely with the Academic Manager and Pediatric ENT Practice Manager
  • Utilizing institutional software for procurement and reimbursement
  • Processing travel arrangements and assisting with Residency Review Committee Site visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an administrative position, preferably in a healthcare facility
  • Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and database software
  • Familiarity with medical application software is a plus

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Location: Norfolk, VA
