Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical role such as Software Developer, QA, or Product Support.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management capacity, preferably in the educational technology field.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a talent for motivating team members.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience in their implementation.
  • Adept at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address team challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
