Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of innovative treatment programs. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

About the Role:

This full-time position requires a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. We are looking for a dedicated professional with one (1) year clinical experience in dysphasia management and a current Speech-Language Pathologist License (California). Key responsibilities include administering diagnostic tests, providing individualized treatment, and performing diagnostic clinical swallowing evaluations. In addition, you will be responsible for interpreting and reporting results, participating in the design and implementation of therapy programs addressing speech/language voice and swallowing problems, and training clinical fellows and Speech Pathology Assistants. Our team works closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience. Requirements:

* Master's or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
* One (1) year clinical experience in dysphasia management required
* Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
* Basic Life Support certification
* National Provider Identifier

Additional Information:

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check/drug screen and must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
