Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on transfer pricing and tax compliance, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document transfer pricing policies and intragroup transaction flows, including preparing and updating transaction flow models.
  • Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation, including gathering information from internal and external sources.
  • Manage complex analysis for Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA)'s between tax authorities, including preparing submissions and detailed annual transfer pricing calculations.
  • Lead the year-end review of transfer pricing by external auditors.
  • Assist with global projects related to the OECD's BEPS initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics.
  • Five years' experience in public accounting or private industry with experience in transfer pricing.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to extract and interpret data from various internal systems.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Eight years' experience in public accounting or private industry with experience in transfer pricing.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion.
