Your front desk will serve as the hub for patient advocacy, where you will engage with individuals through various communication channels, oversee patient transactions, and utilize a range of software applications.

The influence you have on enhancing each patient's care journey begins even before they enter the treatment area.

Details/Schedule:

Employment Type:
PRN/Per diem

Working Hours:
Weekdays (Monday-Friday); Monday/Wednesday/Thursday evenings from 2pm-7pm

Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour (Dependent on experience)

This position is PRN/Per Diem, indicating that it does not guarantee consistent hours.

This is not a full-time or remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who are flexible, patient-focused, excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and collaborative team members.

In this role, typical responsibilities include:
Welcoming new and returning patients as they arrive, registering new patients, and providing insights on what to expect during their visit.

Scheduling patient appointments in person or via phone.

Maintaining regular communication with various stakeholders, including attorney offices, insurance providers, translation services, operational leaders, and business development teams.

Collecting co-pays from patients, managing payer approvals, and conducting insurance authorizations and verifications.

Providing patients with essential information regarding their upcoming appointments during checkout.

Responding to inquiries from patients, providers, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Minimum
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout the workday.

Manual dexterity sufficient for typing (including 10-key) throughout the workday.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs safely from ground to waist using proper body mechanics.

Ability to carry office supplies weighing up to 10 lbs.

Visual acuity (near and distant) adequate for maintaining accurate records, recognizing individuals, and understanding written instructions.

Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and provide directions.
