As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive at our center.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient flow and registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients
  • Schedule appointments and communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Collect co-pays and manage patient payments
  • Provide patients with information about their next appointment and respond to requests for information
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure eligibility for outpatient-based therapy services

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods
