Construction Design Specialist

With a long history of delivering high-quality projects, our corporate office is based in Watertown, NY, and we have a regional office in Richmond, VA.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Detailer & Design Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design and providing detailing support for our projects. You will work closely with our entire team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design and coordination phases.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be solution-oriented, and have a strong ability to navigate multiple design software programs. You will be responsible for generating shop drawings for in-house and subcontracted fabrications, as well as assisting with aspects of estimating construction projects, including pricing change orders and building assemblies.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of our organization, including design professionals, owners, and developers. We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 per year.
