6:00 AM - 4:30 PM


ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Manufacturing Assembler performs a range of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks with moderate supervision, adhering to company policies and safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute various mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks following company guidelines.
  • Inspect personal and peer work to ensure accuracy in line with company and customer specifications.
  • Implement process specifications for product assembly within designated areas, documenting production times and quantities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company standards and participate in required events.
  • Perform basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks, and operate light machinery as needed.
  • Consistently uphold all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Exhibit regular, reliable, and timely attendance, with the potential for variable schedules and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications:
Education:

A High School Diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.


Certifications:

Relevant vocational training or apprenticeships in a related field.


Experience:

2-5 years of applicable experience in a similar role.


Skills:
  • Proficient in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks.
  • Able to utilize various hand tools and machinery effectively.
  • Competent in reading and interpreting company documents, including safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving common issues within the work area.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
